How figures are computed
- Headline T-bill rate: the auction's high investment rate (bond-equivalent yield) as published by the Treasury.
- Change vs prior: difference in basis points from the previous auction of the same term.
- CD and savings rates: the FDIC national average for each product, copied without adjustment.
- Ladder and tax tables: simple published formulas on the figures above, shown with every assumption stated.
